Cooper Street Snacks to Showcase New Products at Winter FancyFaire

SAN DIEGO, CA — January 14, 2026 — Cooper Street Snacks, the Michigan-based, family-owned brand known for its clean-label, better-for-you cookies and granola bakes, is heading to Winter FancyFaire 2026, the specialty food industry’s reimagined trade show. The company will be on the floor meeting buyers, distributors, and media while sharing its expanding lineup of snacks.
At the show, Cooper Street representatives will meet retail buyers, distributors, and journalists in person, introducing them to the brand’s latest offerings and pitching products for coverage in magazines, blogs, and social media.
Winter FancyFaire, hosted by the Specialty Food Association, runs January 11–13 at the San Diego Convention Center. Over three days, the event highlights emerging trends, new products, and interactive experiences for trade members and media. It’s designed to help brands get noticed quickly.
For Cooper Street, the show is more than a showcase. It’s a chance to get feedback from people who decide what snacks end up on store shelves, in subscription boxes, and in media outlets. Retailers are looking for the next big snack. Editors are chasing the next trend. Buyers and distributors are deciding what to stock for the upcoming season.
Cooper Street on Spotlight
Cooper Street Snacks has spent the last year growing quickly. In 2025, the company acquired Harvest Valley Bakery and rebranded it Cooper Street Bakery, giving it more capacity to meet national demand. In January 2026, the company launched Apple Cinnamon Granola Bakes, made with ancient grains like quinoa, chia, and flax. The products are nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and now come in refreshed packaging to position the brand as a premium, clean-label snack option.
At Winter FancyFaire, Cooper Street will feature its granola bakes alongside its twice-baked cookies at Booth 3811. The snacks are designed to feel familiar yet elevated with real, wholesome ingredients and textures that stand out in a crowded snack aisle.
